Waste Plastic to ECO-FUEL Unleash Our Thermo Chemical Depolymerization Technology

H-PYRO

WHAT is Pyrolysis (Thermo Chemical Depolymerization)?

Thermo-chemical depolymerization (PYROLTSUS) of waste plastic refers to a process where heat and/or chemical catalysts are used to break down plastic waste(a polymer with a long chain molecule) into its constituent monomers or smaller molecules. Heat is applied to the plastic waste, causing it to break down into smaller molecules. Catalysts (substances that speed up chemical reactions without being consumed) can be added to enhance the depolymerization process. The resulting products are then separated and fractionated, allowing for the recovery of valuable monomers or fuels.

Hyasun Pyrolysis Technology

HYASUN uses a continuous pyrolysis process to convert non-recyclable waste plastics into diesel-grade fuels similar to diesel and gasoline. Through a multi-stage thermal process, long-chain hydrocarbons in plastics are broken down and restructured into shorter-chain hydrocarbons typical of petroleum fuels.

The process begins by preprocessing end-of-life plastics to reduce their size and remove contaminants or non-plastic materials. The shredded plastics are fed into the main de-polymerisation reactor through a hot-melt in-feed system, where agitation ensures uniform temperature and a homogeneous feedstock.

During de-polymerisation, the plastics are converted into gas while non-plastic residues settle at the bottom of the reactor. The gases then pass through a contactor, where long-chain hydrocarbons are further cracked, allowing condensable vapors to enter the distillation column. Non-condensable synthetic gas is scrubbed and recycled to the furnaces to heat the reactor, improving energy efficiency.

In the distillation stage, condensable gases are separated into light oil and raw diesel. The light oil is stored, while the raw diesel is further refined in a vacuum distillation column to produce diesel-grade fuel, kerosene-grade fuel, and additional light oil. The final products are collected in recovery tanks for storage and use.

WHAT is H-PYRO ??

H-PYRO is the Prolysis Oil generated from waste plastic TCD through HYASUN Technology. This end product (Pyrolysis oil) is widely used as an alternative for furnace oil or industrial diesel. H-PYRO has a calorific value of 10,000 to 10,800 kcal/kg. This content is equivalent to diesel
